All components of electric, gas, and tankless water heaters including replacement of systems and parts required to adapt to existing piping.

Locating the blockage or collapse, Excavation to expose pipe, Pipe replacement or repair, Repair or replacement of seals and joints, Unblocking, Fitting external valves, Fusing, Welding, Pipe cutting, Locating the leak, cabling of lines to get lines open and flowing. Limited to 10 feet of line replacement.

Coverage includes one tune-up for a fully functioning natural gas, propane, electrical central forced-air, or circulating hot water central heating system, for which you have sole responsibility. A tune-up includes the following. Check: thermostat operation; system temperature split; voltage and amperage to all motors. Inspect: disconnect; fuses; wiring; contactors; relays and pressure controls; electrical safety circuits; indoor blower and motor for dirt buildup; condensate drain; burners; duct seal at unit and secure panels; and bearings. Clean (if necessary): burner; condensate line and air filter. Replace: air filter (customer supplied). Lubricate: fan and motor units. Run and test system.

The following components and parts of a ducted electric central air conditioning system: capacitors, circuit boards, internal fuses, breakers, condensate pumps, condenser motor, condenser fan, contactor switches, delay timer, fan controls, fan relays, filter dryer, high and low pressure switches, limit controls; up to 1 pound of refrigerant, relays, transformers, and valves.

Inspect: disconnect; fuses; wiring; tighten electrical safety circuits; contactors; relays and pressure controls; indoor blower and motor for dirt buildup; bearings; condensate drain; outdoor coil; duct seal at unit and secure panels; Clean (if necessary): condensate line; outdoor coil; air filter. Replace: air filter (customer supplied). Lubricate: fan and motor units. Run and test system. Additional exclusions apply. Disputes resolved by arbitration, without class action or jury trial, unless otherwise stated in your full Terms and Conditions. 

Scheduling your Tune-Up: You are entitled to one annual cooling system tune-up, which must be scheduled by you. Your plan starts the day your enrollment is processed. There is an initial 30-day waiting period before you can schedule a tune-up. Upon renewal (if applicable), there is no waiting period.
